HRD Corp Claimable Training

HRDC-Claimable AI Training for Malaysian Teams

AI is not a tool problem. It's a thinking problem. A one-day, hands-on AI Confidence workshop for Malaysian teams — claimable against your company's HRD Corp training levy, with the provider paperwork handled for you.

What The Programme Is

Not a Tool Demo. A Working Framework.

A one-day AI Confidence workshop — not a tool demo, not a lecture. Teams learn the 4D Framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence): a structured way of thinking through AI use that outlasts whichever tool is popular this year.

By the end of the day, every participant has built their own working AI assistant — set up on their own real work, using their own context, ready to use the next morning. They don't walk away with notes on what AI can do. They walk away with something already built.

What Teams Actually Leave With

  • A working, personalised AI assistant built during the session — not a demo, their own
  • A shared framework for using AI well, so adoption isn't dependent on a handful of enthusiastic early adopters
  • Practical experience connecting AI to real work — real documents, real tasks, real decisions
  • The confidence to keep going independently after the workshop ends

HRD Corp Claimability

What It Means for Your Budget

Sylvia is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. If your organisation is a Malaysian employer with an active HRD Corp levy account, this workshop can be claimed against that levy — meaning the cost of the day is offset by funds your company has already contributed, rather than sitting entirely outside the training budget.

HRD Corp claims are processed through a registered training provider, not directly by an individual trainer — that's simply how the scheme works for every accredited trainer in Malaysia. This is where Sylvia's network of training provider partners comes in: she liaises with them on your behalf, so the provider side is never something your HR team has to research or manage alone. You get a clear, guided path to claiming — she handles the coordination.

How the Claim Works, From Your Side

01

Before the Workshop

Sylvia connects you with the right training provider partner, and your HR team submits a training grant application to HRD Corp through them. This needs to be approved before training starts — approved grants can't be adjusted retroactively. Once you've decided to go ahead, allow about 30 days to run the application and get HRD Corp approval.

02

On the Day

Participants sign a daily attendance record. That's the only thing required of them.

03

After the Workshop

Sylvia and the training provider partner handle the rest between them: the completion declaration, the invoice, and the claim submission itself. Your HR team isn't left chasing paperwork after the fact.

Worth knowing, plainly: exact eligibility depends on your organisation's HRD Corp levy account — this page describes how the scheme generally works, not a guarantee for your specific case. Raise it on a call and we'll confirm the specifics, including which training provider partner fits your claim.
